Sir Robert Fulton KBE to speak at Business Forum Christmas lunch

RobertFulton (003)Members of the business networking group The Business Forum and IoD Berkshire members will get the festive season off to a lively start with their joint Christmas Lunch on Tuesday 13th December at the Leander Club, Henley, located on the banks of the River Thames.

The guest speaker will be Sir Robert Fulton KBE who had a glittering 34-year career in the military becoming Commandant General Royal Marines. He left the armed forces in 2006 as the Deputy Chief of Defence Staff for Equipment Capability in the rank of Lieutenant General. he was then appointed the 63rd Governor of Gibraltar, was knighted in 2005 and awarded as the King of Arms of the Order of the British Empire in 2016. He is currently the CEO of the Global Leadership Foundation which exists to make available, discretely and in confidence, the experiences of former world leaders to present ones.

The Christmas Lunch will be raising money for the Not Forgotten Association, which provides entertainment and recreational activities for the benefit of serving personnel who are wounded or suffer from a disability or illness.
